These Moroccan tagines are handcrafted from chunks of Alabaster rock. Its beautiful expressive surface, makes it decorative if visible at home. It is a product of nature, shape and finish is made from real traditional human craftsmanship, in Morocco. Each tagine is unique, and made from its own alabaster rock. As such, size of a finished tagine is determined by the size of the rock it was carved from.
Therefore, size can vary from one tagine to the other. The tagines can measure between 5-10 cm wide and 4-5 cm in height.
Expression and design pattern from grainings are naturally formed and predetermined by the rock, which it is carved from. Colour can also vary as intensity of grainings can be different, depending on the individual rocks.
